The contest runs from Tuesday, September 2 through Tuesday, September 30.
Voting for the winning designs will take place from October 1 through October 10.
Winners will be announced Monday, October 13.
Designs will be sent to manufacturing in mid-October.
The release date of the designs will be announced later.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all Bridgeport Public Library and LibShare (Marion County Public Library System/Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library) cardholders.
One winner will be chosen from each of the three age categories:
Kids (Ages 0-12)
Teens (Ages 13-17)
Adults (Ages 18+)
Only one entry per participant.
Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and may not include AI or computer-generated elements.
CONTEST RULES
All designs must be original and created by the participant.
Designs should not contain copyrighted material, offensive language, inappropriate images, or AI-generated components.
By entering the contest, participants grant the Library the right to use, reproduce, and publish their designs for promotional purposes.
The Library reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the winning design to fit printing specifications.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Design Format:
Artwork must be submitted on a template provided by the Library.
Cards will be printed as 2-1/8"H x 3-3/8"W
Accepted file formats for digital submissions:
EPS, JPG, GIF, TIF, or PDF
Designs should be 300 dpi resolution to ensure high print quality.
Physical Submissions:
You may use any medium (e.g., colored pencils, markers, etc.) as long as it is flat and scannable.
Paper copies of the entry form are available at the Help Desk.
Submission Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by Tuesday, September 30.
